A client platform pushes updates through an automated pipeline. At some point the hosting provider started silently blocking the deploy server's IP address. Builds kept passing, tasks kept getting closed, but the visual layer of the site never changed. For weeks.
Jengo spotted the mismatch in the build status, traced it to an IP-level FTP ban, and made a decision: deploy through an alternate channel that wasn't blocked. 174 files went live in under three minutes, using an atomic swap so the site was never in a half-updated state.
Then it fixed the actual cause: it opened a support ticket with the hosting provider, got the IP unblocked, re-enabled the automated pipeline and scheduled itself a follow-up check. The whole incident, from detection to structural fix, happened without a single human action.
