The traditional meeting has a long tail: someone takes notes, writes minutes, sends them around, creates the tasks, chases the owners. Half of it happens late; some of it never happens at all.
Jengo removes the tail by processing the meeting while it's still happening. It listens in real time, recognizes the difference between a decision, a suggestion and an open question, and acts accordingly: tasks are created in the right project and assigned to the right person while they are being discussed. It makes proposals back into the room, and for many items, such as code changes, configuration and documents, the work itself is already done before the meeting ends.
A few minutes after you wrap up, every attendee gets a personal WhatsApp message: what was decided, what's already handled, and what they specifically still need to do, such as approving a result. No minutes to read, no CC storm, no forgotten action items. Only the decisions that genuinely need a human remain.
