Proof of autonomous action
PROOF #05 / 10
AUTONOMOUS OPERATIONS

200 tasks
completed.
94% success rate.

JengoAGI runs 24/7 on a dedicated server. It scans 17 project boards, picks up tasks, writes the code, runs the tests and opens pull requests, fully autonomously.

Describe what you want in plain language on a project board. That's the entire human part of the workflow. JengoAGI scans the boards every half hour, picks up what's ready, and starts working.

The full story

What actually happened

Describe what you want in plain language on a project board. That's the entire human part of the workflow. JengoAGI scans the boards every half hour, picks up what's ready, and starts working.

Each task runs in its own isolated git worktree with its own branch, so multiple agents work in parallel without stepping on each other. The agent analyzes the problem, implements the change, runs the tests and opens a pull request with a structured description: problem, solution, done-when, technical notes.

A human reviews the end result, not the work. Over 200 tasks have gone through this loop at a 94% success rate. We demonstrated it live at one of the big consultancy firms; their reaction was that they have an entire AI department doing this by hand.

The approach

The autonomous cycle

Scan
17 project boards checked every 30 minutes.
Pick up
Agent starts in an isolated git worktree, own branch.
Build
Code, tests, commit, structured pull request.
Review
A human judges the result, not the process.
Why it matters

What this means for your business

Plain language in, working code out
Product owners describe; the agent implements.
Parallel by design
Isolated worktrees let multiple agents ship simultaneously.
Humans do judgment
Review shifts from watching work to approving outcomes.
