A real incident from our production environment. The WordPress deploy step had been silently failing: the build system skipped it with a note about an FTP ban, and nobody had noticed. The problem had existed for weeks.
Jengo read the build status, recognized the pattern, and ran the full self-healing loop: SSH diagnosis to confirm the root cause (the server's IP was blocked on port 21), a workaround deploy through an alternate channel to get current work live immediately, then a support ticket to the provider to fix the cause, which worked within half an hour.
It finished by re-enabling the automated pipeline and scheduling itself a reminder to verify everything again two weeks later. Detection, workaround, structural fix, prevention: the full incident lifecycle, zero humans paged.
