Every automated system eventually has to talk to a human. The question is where. So we built a WhatsApp bridge, a REST API wrapped around WhatsApp, and made it the communication layer for the entire ecosystem.
Every service can send messages through it. Daily personal reminders go out each morning. If a deployment fails or a server goes unreachable, the right person gets a precise message: what broke, where, and what has already been done about it. When an autonomous agent finishes a task, the summary arrives the same way: task done, PR ready for review.
Clients get status updates without anyone composing them. And because it's WhatsApp, messages actually get read, which means the automation loop actually closes. Want the same nervous system in your company? Ask Jengo about it in the chat on martiendejong.nl, or message Martien directly on WhatsApp.
